Big rooms, nice jacuzzi, courtesy lounge was a nice surprise. Polite staff and comfortable bed. Housekeeping is super efficient and polite. Location is amazing.

What an amazing view of Ipoh from the roof with an infinity pool and restaurant. Excellent location with the hotel adjoining a shopping centre. Fabulous buffet breakfast!

1st day breakfast was okay. 2nd day was not that good. Porridge is cold and no one was at the egg section.

Clean spacious bathroom. Cool bath tub. Love the toiletries. Instead of tiny bottle they provide one big bottle. Usual breakfast spread. Nasi lemak very sedap! Pool on rooftop tapi biasa sahaja not very wow. But overall enjoy the stay! Oh ya ive requested a simple deco dor our anniversary and the provide it for free with a slice of cake balloons some swan towel. Very nice love it here!!

Stylish hotel, we got a free upgrade to the top floor with a very nice room. Gym available for free. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Great variety at breakfast.
