Big rooms, nice jacuzzi, courtesy lounge was a nice surprise. Polite staff and comfortable bed. Housekeeping is super efficient and polite. Location is amazing.

What an amazing view of Ipoh from the roof with an infinity pool and restaurant. Excellent location with the hotel adjoining a shopping centre. Fabulous buffet breakfast!

The bedroom and bathroom were well appointed and comfortable. Particularly liked the roof top bar, seating area and infinity pool. all of which had fantastic views over the town and surrounding hills.

Fast check-in process even though there was a line during my check-in. Nice and modern room decor. Got kiblat direction and all tv channels are functioning (even quite limited). Nice toilet with bathtub. Most comfortable bed. Bonus- they have lounge space for those who stay in the concept room (level 12) and the lobby entrance to Ipoh Parade- shopping!!!!

We stayed at the premium 12th floor for 2 nights. Room was just nice for 2 adults and 2 kids. Location is good, inside shopping mall, easy to get everything. Breakfast was ok although same choice of food for 2 days. The swimming pool was great. My grandkid enjoyed it very much. The snacks at the premium lounge was good too. Overall it was an exciting weekend getaway. Might repeat next time!
